1 cup frozen and thawed corn kernels

1 cup water

1 tsp. chili powder

3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Brown beef in a non-stick skillet and drain out excess fat. Stir in bell peppers and saute for 2 minutes.
